Laura Gamba led GLVFA members Tai Chi classes for Arthritis and Fall Prevention Series (16 sessions offered twice weekly) which started on Tuesday, March 14th and will end on Tuesday, May 9th. The classes were held at the GlenLakes mirror room in the lower level of the GlenLakes clubhouse.
