GLVFA Golf Cap

The fee displayed is per hat, with a small 3% extra fee added to cover online processing expenses. GLVFA is an IRS-approved non-profit 501(3)(c) EIN:81-5074793 organization. You can avoid the credit card fee by purchasing by cash or check at one of our monthly meetings.

Ordering Instructions:

1. Enter the required information per the fields displayed
2. Click on "Add to Cart" to add the hat to your order cart
3. To add another product to your cart, click on the Continue Shopping weblink at the top of this page. The link will return you to the Storefront to enable a multiple selection
4. Repeat steps 1-2 to add additional product(s) to your cart
5. When finished with adding items to your cart, simply click on the cart's checkout button to complete the transaction. Thank You!

Order Pickup:

Your hat order will be available for pick up at any GLVFA monthly meeting (first Thursday of the month, Jan-Jun, Sep-Dec) or creilly@glenlakesvets.org for arrangements for pickup.
